Player Waivers
Title or Question
Parent Code of Conduct Waiver
1. Our Shared Commitment
- Children participate to learn, compete, build friendships, develop character, and enjoy the game. Their safety, dignity, development, and enjoyment come before an adult’s desire to win.
- Encourage all players and coaches; celebrate effort, improvement, teamwork, fair play, and self-control, not simply scores.
- Model calm conduct in victory and defeat. Do not confront, ridicule, threaten or intimidate players, officials, coaches, staff, or other families.
2. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI)
- Respect everyone. Treat individuals fairly and with dignity regardless of race, color, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, religion, sex, disability, age, family circumstances, or other characteristic protected by applicable law. Respectful treatment also extends to people with different identities, backgrounds, abilities, beliefs, and levels of experience.
- No exclusionary conduct. Do not use slurs, stereotypes, demeaning nicknames, exclusionary jokes, or language suggesting that a child or family does not belong. Do not organize targeted social exclusion or encourage teammates to isolate a participant.
- Access and accommodation. Direct disability-related access or reasonable accommodation requests privately to league staff. UAL Sports, through authorized League personnel, will review requests individually in accordance with applicable law, safety requirements, and program rules; this Code does not promise any specific competitive classification or placement.
- Respectful disagreement. Families may hold different personal or religious beliefs. Everyone must remain civil; no person is required to affirm another person’s beliefs, but targeted harassment, humiliation, and intimidation are prohibited.
- Fair treatment. Raise concerns about inconsistent rule enforcement or opportunities through League reporting channels, without targeting a child or family.
3. Anti-Bullying, Anti-Hazing & Anti-Retaliation
- Bullying includes repeated or severe conduct intended to intimidate, humiliate, isolate, or harm a person, including conduct online. Prohibited acts include threats, abusive teasing, rumor campaigns, discriminatory remarks, cyberbullying, and encouraging children to gang up on another child.
- No hazing, forced initiation, humiliation as a team ritual, or pressuring a child to tolerate mistreatment to remain on a team.
- Do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith, participates in an investigation, or seeks an accommodation.
4. Game Day, Sideline & Official Interactions
- Cheer positively from designated spectator areas. Do not enter the field or bench area without permission or disrupt play.
- Do not argue calls, follow officials, or demand explanations during games. Raise concerns through designated league channels after the event.
- Avoid coaching from the sideline in ways that confuse players or undermine their coaches. Follow spectator, facility, parking, and emergency directions.
- No profanity directed toward others, fighting, threats, harassment, weapons where prohibited, intoxication, or alcohol and drug use in connection with youth activities.
5. Communication, Privacy & Social Media
- Communicate respectfully with coaches and staff. Use appropriate channels and allow reasonable time for responses. Do not initiate heated confrontations immediately after games.
- Do not post identifying images, private information, accusations, or humiliating content involving minors without appropriate permission. Follow UAL Sports (proposed name: Rise Athletic Outreach) and Ultimate Athletic League media and privacy policies, as applicable.
- Never use group chats or social platforms to shame athletes, officials, coaches, or families. Report threatening or abusive online behavior.
6. Child Safety & Reporting
- Report suspected abuse, grooming, threats, unsafe adult-minor interactions, bullying, discrimination, or serious safety concerns promptly to league leadership and, when appropriate, the relevant child protection authority or emergency services.
- Do not independently investigate, interrogate a child, promise secrecy, or attempt to resolve alleged abuse privately with the person accused.
- In emergencies, call 911 or the local emergency number first. The League’s internal reporting process does not replace any legally required report.
7. Resolving Concerns
- First address routine scheduling or team issues politely with the appropriate coach or league contact, outside active play.
- For serious conduct or safety concerns, report directly to the designated Ultimate Athletic League operations coordinator or safeguarding contact; bypass the coach if the coach is involved.
- Provide a factual account and any relevant evidence. Authorized League personnel may restrict contact or attendance during review to protect participants.
8. Enforcement & Fair Process
- Based on severity, frequency, and risk, consequences may include a reminder, warning, required meeting, spectator removal, restrictions on attendance, suspension, or exclusion from League events.
- Immediate removal or temporary restriction may occur where safety requires it. The League will ordinarily give the person an opportunity to respond before a final nonemergency sanction.
- The League will document significant incidents, protect privacy to the extent reasonably possible, prohibit retaliation, and provide a reasonable channel to request review by someone not involved in the initial decision.
- Registration refunds, if any, are governed by the separately accepted UAL Sports (proposed name: Rise Athletic Outreach, Inc.) Registration Refund & Future Credit Policy and applicable law; this Code does not independently override those rights.
Player Registration Agreement
1. PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE
I certify that I (i) am the parent or legal guardian of the child ("Participant") being allowed to participate in the NFL FLAG program, including regional and national tournament(s) (the "Program"), offered by UAL Sports and administered under contract by Ultimate Athletic League; ; (ii) am of legal age and am freely signing this Player Registration Agreement without any inducement or assurance of any nature; and (iii) have read this Player Registration Agreement and understand that, by signing this Player Registration Agreement, I may be giving up certain legal rights and remedies. I agree that the terms and conditions of this Player Registration Agreement are binding on both me and the Participant. Neither UAL Sports nor Ultimate Athletic League guarantees specific schedules.
All program details are subject to change based on operational, safety, or logistical considerations. As a condition of participation in the Program, I acknowledge that I have executed or will execute the UAL Sports Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement (the "Liability Waiver"). I acknowledge and agree that this Player Registration Agreement and the Liability Waiver are intended to be read together and shall be cumulative and complementary, with each remaining independently enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. I agree, on behalf of myself and the Participant, to comply with all UAL Sports league rules, policies, codes of conduct, and other governing documents, whether now existing or adopted in the future, and as amended from time to time. I understand that such rules, policies, codes of conduct, and governing documents are incorporated into this Player Registration Agreement by this reference, and that violation of any of them may result in suspension or termination of the Participant's participation in the Program, consistent with Section 9 of this Agreement.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In return for the Participant being allowed to participate in the Program, I, on behalf of myself, the Participant and each of the other Releasors (as defined below), hereby release and agree not to sue UAL Sports (the “Program Sponsor”), Ultimate Athletic League (the “League Operator”), as a separate contracted league operations provider, the National Football League (collectively with the other NFL affiliates, "NFL"), its thirty-two professional football member clubs, NFL Properties LLC, NFL Ventures, L.P., the National Football League Foundation, NFL FLAG, and each of their respective current and former affiliates, parent entities, subsidiaries, related entities, program partners, league operators, management companies, administrative service providers, sponsors, business partners, service providers, contractors, subcontractors, volunteers, volunteer coaches, coaches, referees, trainers, medical providers, athletic training providers, employees, officers, directors, board members, managers, members, owners, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees")
from or for, as applicable, all present and future liabilities, claims and causes of action of any kind, whether at law or in equity, that may be made by the Participant, me, my family, estate, heirs or assigns (collectively, the "Releasors") arising as a result of or in connection with the Participant's participation in the Program, wherever, whenever, or however the same may occur, including but not limited to actions for property damage, personal injury or wrongful death. I understand and agree that the Releasees are not responsible for any death, injury or property damage arising out of the Program, even if caused by their ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to liability arising from the Releasees' gross negligence, recklessness, or willful or wanton misconduct, to the extent such liability cannot be released as a matter of applicable law. I understand that participation in the Program involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, concussion, serious injury, death or permanent disability. I am voluntarily allowing Participant to participate in the Program with knowledge of the dangers involved and agree to accept all risks of such participation. I certify that the Participant is in excellent physical health and may participate in strenuous and hazardous physical activities, including the football to be played in the Program. Participant and parent/guardian acknowledge the risk of exposure to communicable illnesses, including viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens, arising from participation in group athletic activities, and voluntarily assume all such risks. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees for all liabilities, claims, damages, causes of action, costs and expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with Participant's participation in the Program or any all related activities. I
understand that this release and indemnification is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state in which the Program is taking place and agree that if any portion of this Player Registration Agreement is invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
I hereby expressly waive all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of the State of California, and under any and all similar laws of any jurisdiction. I am aware that said Section 1542 of the Civil Code provides as follows: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY. I hereby acknowledge, for myself and on behalf of each of the other Releasors, that the foregoing waiver of the provisions of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code is a material term and condition of this Agreement. I, for myself and each of the other Releasors, expressly acknowledges that this Player Registration Agreement shall be given full force and effect in accordance with each and all of its express terms and provisions, including those terms and provisions relating to unknown and unsuspected claims, demands, and causes of action, if any, to the same effect as those terms and provisions relating to any other claims, demands, and causes of action hereinabove described. I, for myself and each of the other Releasors, acknowledges that each is fully aware that they might hereafter discover facts or other information in addition to or different from those which they now know or believe to be true, with respect to the subject matter of the claims released in this Section 2. Nevertheless, the Releasors intend to hereby fully, finally, and forever settle and release all matters, disputes, differences, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, which might now exist or heretofore might exist in connection with such claims. The releases given herein shall be and remain in effect as a full and complete release notwithstanding the discovery or existence of any such additional or different facts or information.

I hereby grant, for myself and on behalf of the Participant, to the Organizations and the other Releasees the exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, fully-paid up, worldwide right to use, exhibit, edit, disseminate, display, reproduce, print, publish, publicly perform and make any other uses of my or the Participant's image, name,
sobriquet, marks, logos, voice, movements, gestures, actions, persona, signature, likeness, uniform, biomaterial, biographical material and other indicia and attributes of Participant, in any manner whatsoever, alone or in composite and/or conjunction with any other materials, on, via or through any and all Media, in connection with, related to or for any purpose of: (i) any of the rights to the Works described in the foregoing paragraph; (ii) any advertising, promotion, publicity, operation or exploitation of Releasors or the Program and (iii) on the Website (as defined below) in connection with any postings of team rosters or game stories.
4. EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT
Permission is hereby granted for Participant to receive any and all emergency medical/dental treatment and/or first aid, including authorizing any medical treatment facility/hospital to administer emergency treatment for any illness, injury or accident resulting from participation in the Program. In addition, I hereby authorize, give permission and voluntarily consent to having the Organizations, medical and athletic training providers appointed by the Organizations and their respective employees or agents to arrange, direct, sign for and consent to all routine or emergency medical care and treatment necessary to preserve my child's health in the event of accident, injury, sickness, etc. during participation in the Program. I acknowledge responsibility for reasonable charges in connection with the care and treatment rendered. I agree to the release of any medical records necessary for insurance purposes or to confirm the Participant's medical clearance to return to practice or competition following an injury or illness, including a concussion or head injury. I further acknowledge that the Organizations and medical and athletic training providers appointed by the Organizations have not made any guarantees as to the effect of such care and treatment rendered.
5. AUTHORITY TO REGISTER AND/OR TO ACT AS AGENT
I represent and warrant to the Releasees that I have full legal authority to complete and submit this Player Registration Agreement via the Website. For purposes of this Agreement, "Website" means any website, online platform, or registration, scheduling, communication, payment, or league management system now or hereafter operated by, or used on behalf of, UAL Sports or Ultimate Athletic League in connection with the Program, including without limitation NFLFLAG.com.
In addition, to the extent that I am registering on behalf of the Participant, I represent and warrant that I have been duly authorized to act as agent on behalf of the Participant in performing such registration. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
A. ANY AND ALL DEMANDS, RIGHTS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, ARISING OUT OF ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, FORESEEN AND UNFORESEEN, BODILY AND PERSONAL INJURIES, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, AND THE CONSEQUENCES THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH OR DISABILITY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION BY THE PARTICIPANT IN THE PROGRAM, OR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM;
B. THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE; ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO
THROUGH THE WEBSITE; OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF MY TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE. I EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM OR USE OF THE WEBSITE IS AT THE PARTICIPANT'S OR MY, AS APPLICABLE, SOLE RISK. THE PROGRAM AND THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE RELEASEES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON- INFRINGEMENT. The Releasees make no warranty that the Website's services will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. The Releasees do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in, or provided in connection with, the Website. The Releasees are not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of such information. I understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Website is at my own discretion and risk and that I will be solely responsible for any damage to my own computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of UAL Sports and Ultimate Athletic League arising from the Program or this Agreement, other than liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid for the applicable season. This provision does not merge the Organizations into a single legal entity.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Releasees and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, board members, agents, contractors, service providers, and representatives harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of participation by Participant in the Program (including without limitation in connection with any medical treatment offered or given to Participant) or my and/or Participant's use of the Website or the violation of any term of this Player Registration Agreement or the NFL FLAG Football Terms of Service (located at www.NFLFLAG.com) by me. Notwithstanding the foregoing, I shall have no obligation to indemnify any Releasee to the extent a claim results from such Releasee's gross negligence, reckless conduct, or willful misconduct, to the extent such liability cannot be released as a matter of applicable law.
8. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND FORCE MAJEURE
All registrations and associated fees are subject to the UAL Sports Registration Refund & Future Credit Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and must be made available to Registrants prior to completing registration.
A. Standard Participant Withdrawals
Refunds for participant withdrawals will be determined by the League’s published refund schedule, including a 100% refund before team placement, a 75% refund after team placement but before uniforms are ordered, and a 50% refund after uniforms are ordered but only until the scheduled start time of the first game for that participant’s division. On or after that scheduled start time, standard voluntary withdrawals are not eligible for a refund or future credit, including if the participant misses the first game. Documented medical injury or serious illness and personal hardship requests may be considered case by case, and league cancellations and other exceptions are governed by the UAL Sports Registration Refund & Future Credit Policy and applicable law.
B. Force Majeure Events
UAL Sports (the “Program Sponsor”) shall not be considered in breach of its obligation to conduct scheduled league activities to the extent that performance is prevented, materially delayed, or substantially impaired by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, wildfires, unsafe air quality, public health emergencies, government restrictions, civil emergencies, facility closures, infrastructure failures, and other extraordinary events beyond either Organization’s reasonable control.
C. Cancellation or Modification of League Activities
In the event of a force majeure event, UAL Sports and its contracted League Operator reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, suspend, shorten, or cancel affected practices, games, tournaments, or entire seasons when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons. UAL Sports and its contracted League Operator will make reasonable efforts to provide replacement games, alternate facilities, adjusted schedules, or other appropriate programming when practical.
D. Refunds and Future Credits Following Force Majeure Events
If a force majeure event prevents UAL Sports and its contracted League Operator from providing a substantial portion of the scheduled season, UAL Sports and its contracted League Operator will evaluate the services already delivered, expenses reasonably incurred, and the remaining portion of the season. UAL Sports and its contracted League Operator may offer rescheduled programming, a reasonable partial refund, a future season credit, or a combination of these options, consistent with the UAL Sports Registration Refund & Future Credit Policy and applicable law. Any future season credit will be communicated in writing, including the amount and expiration date. Nothing in this Agreement requires a Registrant to accept a future credit instead of a refund when applicable law requires a refund.
E. Entire Season Cancellation
If UAL Sports or its contracted League Operator cancels an entire league or division before the season begins for reasons within its reasonable control, affected participants will receive a full registration-fee refund. If cancellation results from circumstances beyond either Organization’s reasonable control, refunds and credits will be determined under the applicable Force Majeure Cancellation, Refund & Future Credit Policy, subject to applicable law.
F. Applicable Law and Policy Priority
This Section shall be interpreted together with the UAL Sports Registration Refund & Future Credit Policy. In the event of an inconsistency concerning refund eligibility or amounts, the more specific provisions of the Refund & Future Credit Policy will govern, unless applicable law requires otherwise. No provision shall waive any nonwaivable rights available to Registrants under applicable federal or state law.
9. APPLICABLE LAW; CONSENT TO JURISDICTION
This Player Registration Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Program is taking place, excluding its conflict of law rules. I expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the United States District Court for the District in which the Program is taking place or, for matters not susceptible of adjudication in the federal courts, the courts of the State and county in which the Program is taking place,
in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Player Registration Agreement.
10. SEVERABILITY
I further expressly agree that this Player Registration Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law and that if any provision of this Player Registration Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Player Registration Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
11. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
UAL Sports and Ultimate Athletic League may process personal information to administer registration, eligibility, scheduling, payment, safety, communications and program services, in their respective roles and subject to the published privacy policy and applicable law. Neither Organization obtains unrestricted rights to use children’s information solely by virtue of the liability release.
12. NO USE OF MARKS
I understand that I shall have no right to use any of the NFL Marks (as defined below) or any of the Organization Marks (as defined below) for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written approval of the Releasees in each instance (such approval to be granted or withheld in the Releasees' sole discretion after a formal logo request process has been initiated by me). For the purposes of this Agreement, "NFL Marks" means the names, symbols, emblems, designs, and colors of the National Football League and the Member Clubs, including, without limitation, the terms "National Football League", "NFL", "National Football Conference", "American Football Conference", "NFC", "AFC", "Super Bowl", "Pro Bowl", the NFL Shield design, the NFL FLAG Football trademarks and the NFL Punt, Pass and Kick trademarks, as well as the full team names, nicknames, helmet designs, uniform designs, logos and slogans of the Member Clubs, and any other indicia adopted for commercial purposes by the NFL or any of its Member Clubs. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Organization Marks" means the names, logos, symbols, emblems, and designs of the applicable Organization and its affiliates and any indicia adopted for commercial purposes by the applicable Organization or any of its affiliates. I acknowledge and agree that all rights in the NFL Marks remain with the applicable NFL rights holders, and rights in the Organization Marks remain with UAL Sports or Ultimate Athletic League, respectively, only to the extent each actually owns or is licensed to use those marks. I agree that NFL Marks and Organization Marks possess a special, unique and extraordinary character that makes difficult the assessment of the monetary damages that would be sustained by their unauthorized use. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, I recognize that irreparable injury would be caused by the unauthorized use of any of the NFL Marks or Organization Marks, and agree that injunctive and other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction would be appropriate in the event of such unauthorized use, and that such remedy would not be exclusive of other legal remedies. I recognize that the great value and goodwill associated with the NFL Marks and
Organization Marks remain with their respective lawful owners. that such marks have secondary meaning.
13. CONCUSSION AND HEAD INJURY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
14. SURVIVAL
The provisions of this Player Registration Agreement relating to releases of liability, assumption of risk, indemnification, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, venue, and any other provisions which by their nature are intended to survive shall survive the Participant's completion of, withdrawal from, or termination from the Program and shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Registration Accuracy, Eligibility & Parent Acknowledgment Agreement
1. Truthful and Complete Registration
I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant listed below, or otherwise legally authorized to complete this registration. I certify that the information I submit is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of my knowledge. This includes the participant’s name, date of birth, age, school affiliation, grade level, eligibility information, and any other information requested during registration. I will promptly notify the League of material errors or changes.
2. Team Formation and Eligibility
I understand that teams and divisions may be organized by school affiliation and age/grade appropriateness, together with published league eligibility and placement rules. Accurate information is essential to fair competition and the integrity of the program. Registration does not guarantee a particular team, school-based grouping, coach, or placement.
3. Documentation and Verification
I authorize the League Parties, within their respective roles, to request reasonable evidence of a participant’s school enrollment, age, grade, or other material eligibility criteria. I agree to provide this evidence through an approved, secure process within a reasonable stated deadline. The League will limit access to sensitive records and handle them under its applicable Privacy and Information Sharing Policy.
4. Incorrect Information and Deliberate Falsification
The League may correct an inadvertent mistake or reassess a participant’s placement when appropriate. Knowingly submitting false, altered, or materially misleading information, intentionally omitting eligibility facts, or supplying fraudulent documentation may result in team reassignment, suspension, disqualification, or removal from the program after reasonable review. An opportunity to respond or correct a genuine administrative error will ordinarily be provided when practicable. Immediate temporary restrictions may be imposed if reasonably needed to protect fair play or safety.
5. Failure to Cooperate with Verification
If requested verification is not provided by a reasonable deadline, the League may temporarily suspend participation while eligibility is reviewed and may ultimately reassign or remove the participant when it cannot establish eligibility. The League may consider the circumstances, including any good-faith difficulties obtaining records, before a final decision.
6. Refunds and Future Credits
Where removal results from substantiated intentional falsification, registration fees may be nonrefundable and future credits may be denied, to the extent allowed by the published UAL Sports Registration Refund & Future Credit Policy and applicable law. This Agreement incorporates that Refund Policy by reference, provided it has been made available before registration acceptance. This Agreement does not override mandatory consumer rights or entitle the League to retain funds unlawfully.
7. Related Registration Documents
I acknowledge that the registration process may separately present the Player Registration Agreement, Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement, Refund & Future Credit Policy, codes of conduct, and other applicable League rules. I agree to the terms I affirmatively accept during registration. Acknowledging this document alone does not replace a separately required consent or liability waiver, nor does it waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. Parent / Guardian Certification and Consent
By signing or electronically accepting this Agreement, I confirm that I had a reasonable opportunity to read it and ask questions before agreeing. I understand that intentional misrepresentation can lead to disqualification and possible loss of refund eligibility as described above. I am voluntarily accepting the obligations in this Agreement for myself as registering parent or legal guardian, to the extent permitted by law.
